Vermutlich aus technischen Gründen war eine Doppelbuchung entstanden, so dass ich nicht wie geplant für eine Woche sondern für zwei Wochen eingetragen war. Bei dem Feld Stornierung habe ich den Sachverhalt geschildert (es war mittlerweile nach Mitternacht) und beim nächsten Aufruf der falschen Buchung war bereits alles geregelt. Schlafen diese lieben Menschen nie? Ich kann mich nur sehr herzlich bedanken. Werde ab sofort nur noch hier meinen Urlaub buchen...hoffentlich ohne Komplikationen.
