Novasol hatte das angebotene Appartement gar nicht verfügbar. Für die Rückzahlung der Anzahlung wurden wir auf den Ablauf von 35 Tagen vertröstet. Das ist wohl dänisches Recht. Wir warten noch immer auf die Rückzahlung und fühlen uns gehörig verschaukelt.
