Auf die verbindliche Buchungsanfrage von HomeToGo haben wir von Frosch Ferienhäuser keine Zu- oder Absage erhalten. Auch telefonisch waren diese unter der von HomeToGo genannten Rufnummer nicht zu erreichen. Wir hingen bezüglich der Urlaubsplanung völlig in der Luft, haben dann die Reise nicht angetreten, da wir weder Zu- noch Absage bis zum Anreisetag erhalten hatten. Eine Anfrage per Mail blieb unbeantwortet.
