Very happy. We are selling this property in Spring of 2018. We have done many more improvements to it and realize Zillow is unaware that we live in a prosperous resort community of Chetek ,Wisconsin just off a very large chain of 6 lakes called Prairie Lake. We plan on listing for $149.900.00 and would like to sell "Zillow for sale by owner" and would like more info on how to go about doing that. We have heard good news on people who have sold for sale by owner off Zillow with very much luck. I have been in sales for 45 years and have sold 19 homes with realtors but am impressed with what I am hearing about Zillow sales.
