Honestly, we were a bit concerned about not having an agent in person but because of the enormous savings, we gave it a try. They were more than helpful and the agent working the sale was going through town and volunteered to come and meet us. All our fears were put to bed. She was friendly, knowledgable and great to work with. The photographer came within a day or two and her shots of the house inside and out were super. We got a full price offer the day after it was posted on MLS. All paperwork was done by email or regular mail. Soooo easy. And soooo good to save $$$!
