I was hoping that maybe the musty smell of the chords was just a one off thing from the batch I received last year however once again the batch this year smells as if they are stored in a damp, musty place. The smell is pretty strong and they need to be aired out as it would be awful for grads to smell musty while at commencement. The quality of them is okay, they still shed alot which is not ideal. After these batches that were ordered I may seek alternative options because the musty smell is odd, like where are they being stored.
