DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE It Randomly shrinks clothes. Engineers come out and can’t find faults, so you have to pay the all costs even when the appliances are still in warranty. Customer services are very unhelpful. Would never buy Hoover or candy appliances or recommend them. I am in the building industry and cover lots of maintenance on Properties and work with over 350 companies and property developers and I never have these problems with other brands.so we will not use any of there appliances or products with any of our clients again.
