This is the first time I have used this company and I can honestly say it is the best experience of booking a holiday I have ever encountered. From the very first phone call with Andrew to the last, I felt valued and appreciated. It was his attention to detail that made a difference to our booking. We chose to use their recommended insurance and all it took was a quick phone call from Peter and it was sorted. Unfortunately we had to use the insurance whilst on holiday and with a quick message to Horizon, they advised which telephone number to use we contacted the insurance direct from Egypt. The insurance claim was sorted in 6 minutes flat. Our family, like so many 1000's of others had a holiday booked to go to Sharm el Sheikh but unfortunately the FCO cancelled all flights. We have heard so many horror stories about people not being contacted by their booking agents, finding it difficult to changed the destination and also waiting a long time for any refunds due. Not for us, we were contacted earlier than expected, a new destination found in Hurghada and a refund of the difference sorted in one evening. They were under so much pressure but not once did their customer service waiver. So, thank you Horizon Holidays, you are stuck with us now!
