We have used Horizon direct holidays before and am a returning customer which is the best customers they can have, it means they are happy, and in this regard, i have no hesitation in saying the service from Harris travel / Horizon direct is second to none, all the staff are extremely helpful and get the job done, no matter how hard the request.
