Selling our house with Tom was a dream from start to finish! We were on the market with another company first and the pictures were dull and didn’t show our house off at all and we felt very unsupported in the sale, like the agent didn’t believe in our beautiful house! We got in contact with Tom after a recommendation and he came round for some advice and wow what a difference! He understood the charm of our vintage house and seemed to know exactly how to market it to its best - and wow - did he ever! We instructed Tom to take over the sale and the pictures and video he produced were so spot on to our house style but showed it in the light we saw it in! More viewings in the first 2 weeks followed than we had had being with our previous agent for over 4 months! We secured a sale with his help in less time than we could have hoped and at a great price. He was so supportive and no question was too small or silly for him to advise on truthfully and sensitively. He even helped us on some specific elements with our onward purchase. There is nothing we could fault throughout the entire process with Tom. I would honestly never use anyone else for a sale again! Tom is professional, thoughtful and exceptionally good at his job - not to mention an all round great guy! It was 100% down to his hard work our sale happened and we have moved to our dream home.
