I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Hortons & in particular agent Daniel Cassidy. Despite there being a number of challenges throughout the process and it taking longer than initially hoped Dans communication was excellent throughout. From our initial meeting for his valuation of the property to completion day Dan was in regular contact and made the process as positive as possible. I was extremely happy with the marketing of the property including both photography & videography organised by Hortons and social media posts making the house look attractive to prospective buyers. Dan recommended a sales strategy which saw my property achieve 32 viewings in just a matter of days following it going on the market with 11 offers and achieving a significant amount over the asking price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Hortons again in the future.
