Gianfranco has been fantastic from start to finish and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him (in fact I already have, to at least two neighbours!). We all know that house moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, so you’re relying on good communication, honesty, helpfulness, empathy - all of which Gianfranco displayed. Most importantly, he actually listened to my requests, and guided without being pushy. On top of that, the marketing by Hortons was top notch, from the photos, video and viewings.
