We enjoyed our stay in Whitby. The cottage was well equipped & had been adequately cleaned. We didn't find a chopping board, evidenced by previous tenants having used the table mats.
Rather let down by the exterior. The house number plate was missing, having been broken off its fixings. Also the area needed a good clean to remove the cigarette ends, the weeds & accumulated general rubbish. Also, 19 emails is far too many to receive for any booking-- eg Booking.com only one needed!!
