The property was fantastic and no complaints at all, well only that 1 of the bedrooms had a velux window with no blind so the kids woke up v.early with dawn. Host & Stay as an organisation were fine...initially a few issues to get the invoice corrected and communications to complete the booking process didn't seem particularly efficient, but the staff themselves were nice and were trying to help get things sorted. As others also say, the £10 admin fee taken for the accidental damage deposit seems unreasonable when already paying a (refundable) £250 accidental damage deposit. The comms from Host & Stay in the run upto and during/immediately after the actual stay all seemed totally fine and straightforward and would consider using them for a future stay.
