BEWARE SCAM. Host has hidden conditions to pay compulsory insurance of £25 or £200 deposit. This is normally not allowed with AirBnB but they avoid this by setting up an external website. AVOID NOT BE RIPPED OFF.
Also property itself is not particularly brilliant. It located on a side street which is infested by sea gull and pigeons so expect no sleep and bring an umbrella for entering the property.
