Not a good start to our weekend away
We didn’t receive a key code for the cottage so rang the contact number which said this number is not recognised
Sent a message through the message option
No reply at this point I was very stressed I had a group of 5 people waiting in the middle of busy town
Eventually found a number for host and stay
Where I was in a queue then cut me off
Rang repeatedly and got an answer eventually
I also had to pay £25 for insurance which I was unaware off
Not happy
Sorry but will be avoiding in future
