We had a lovely time in the accommodation and really couldn’t fault it but the service afterwards was appalling. We realised when we arrived home that we had left some keys at the property and contacted Host And Stay immediately, indicating where we had left them and stating that we would cover the cost of returning them. The response was that the cleaners hadn’t found anything and were just not interested. Communication between the cleaners and the customer services seriously needs sorting! Would NOT RECOMMEND
