Washing Machine leaked out through the light fitting onto the bed below. Had to phone twice to get it sorted was told someone would phone me back, they didn’t. One of our party had to hold a bucket to catch the waterfall. In the end we moved the very heavy four poster bed. Upstairs was lovely but downstairs stunk damp and in some places stunk like sewage. The garden was a mess and outside table hadn’t been wiped down in forever. I understand these things happen but ‘Host & Stay’ response was very poor.
