Hidden small print in regards to an admin fee being charged for the 'damage deposit', which does NOT correlate with the 'important information' which states the damage deposit will be reimbursed IN FULL if no damage occurs. Check-in details would not be provided despite this disparity in the terms and conditions (of which I provided screenshots), so you're FORCED to pay an additional fee for the mandatory 'damage deposit' that, interestingly, the actual property owner knew nothing AT ALL about! A sneaky way to make charge additional mandatory fees. Book through another agent, or better still, book with the property directly.
