Positives: Great location Negatives: Filthy walls, areas not dusted (even though you must pay £60 cleaning fee, bed broken, unruly neighbours (fighting and swearing at night) the property is not suitable for young families with children. Also the stairs are lethal, not recommended for the elderly. Drainage problems outside and the fridge was smelly. We left early and found a much nicer property for the rest of our stay. The company offered us 15% refund on next stay with them, I would recommend anyone never to use HOST AND STAY. If you are forced to pay £60 for the cleaning you expect it done.
