Used their website a few times and was happy initially but they made some changes recently. My biggest complain with my last order was the delay in processing and the higher shipping price compared to earlier orders. For my previous orders I paid $4-5 for shipping but for the last one I was charged almost $15 just for shipping. I decided to place the order anyway since I had already used their services in the past. However, it took them 3-4 days just to ship out the order. If the shipping would've been delayed in transit I would've understood that it wasn't their fault but the order wasn't fully processed till 3-4 days after paying for it. If they expect to pay a high amount for the shipping, it shouldn't take almost a whole business week to process the order.
