I reached out before but never received a response. I have ordered several times and each time had a device that didn't work for several different reasons. I have had probably 5 Sol devices over all my orders that the juice had all leaked out so they never worked. One time I had a Sol device that when I took the first puff it stayed activated until it burned itself completely out, without me drawing on it after the first puff. One time one of the devices was broken when I opened it, in 2 pieces and the juice leaked out. I hada Lava bar that all the juice was leaked out when I opened the package.
