I ordered 6pks of 4 count pods for my mother on 9/3 and she is yet to receive them. I have sent several emails to to the company about this and have yet to get an explanation. I tried tracking it with no results. Now I'm going to have to go to another website to reorder. We spent over 130 some dollars for these and am not happy about the lack of response.
