I placed my first order. I made an error. I immediately contacted hot pods to correct my mistake. I tried to cancel the order within 60 seconds of placing it. They ignored my information for multiple days. They said they could not cancel the order because they did not receive the request in time. And the pods were being mailed out. They actually never mailed the pods out for two more days. So I feel frustrated that customer service was so poor.
When I received the order the pods were dark brown not Amber like I was used to.
