You take too long to issue credits. I tried ordering twice, and it would NOT take American Express. So I switched to CapOne and it went just fine.
Then, all of a sudden, with No Order numbers to back them up, You charged BOTH Amex cards.
Still, no order numbers.
And you're taking your SWEET TIME to issue credit my Amex cards.
I got one credit, but where's the other one?
This happened on November 18th; today is Nov 30th.
I think I've earned a Lifetime supply for the headaches you're giving me.
