Very knowledgeable and friendly. My 1rst Oder I never received e-mail confirmation that order was received. Many days later I called and explained my disappointment. He checked tracking number to see when it would be delivered. It was delivered the next day. I don't like how I have no idea how to check my e-mail for tracking delivery of product. Need better tracking visability on email.
