terrible experience at Leicester store. I was sold out of date chocolates and when complained to head office the service to exchange was dreadful. Even with picture and receipt it was very poor as if did not want to take responsibility and all the work was on me to send back, then I get replacement. I suggest do not shop here and avoid Hotel Chocolat certainly not what they say customer focused. terrible experience..
