These "gift cards" are a joke. You can't use it like cash to pay towards a hotel like a standard gift card. You have to book through their site and pay whatever price they say it is. Also, the card expires after 2 years! You are much better off buying a Marriot or other branded hotel gift card that gives you lots of choices and no restrictions on how to use.
