Dear HotelGiftCard,
I am absolutely furious about the experience I've had trying to book a hotel room with your so-called "gift card". I thought I would be getting a great deal, but instead, I feel cheated and misled.
I went to your website to use my gift card, expecting a good deal. But what I discovered was downright ridiculous. The room I wanted to book, which was offered elsewhere on a comparison website for €170 including breakfast, was being offered on your site for a whopping €250 WITHOUT breakfast! How dare you?
I feel like I've been taken for a ride. It was bad enough that I was restricted to using your platform because of the gift card, but to then have to pay for a room that's much more expensive than elsewhere is just outrageous.
Your company has failed to provide fair and reasonable prices to your customers. I feel cheated and disappointed, and I will certainly warn others not to fall into your trap. You've lost a loyal customer, and I will do everything in my power to let others know about the deceptive practices you employ.
