I had a terrible experience that's not been resolved as of yet. So far I've tried booking different hotels, different rooms in different cities- after entering all the booking information every time it throws an error and I then get an email notification to say that the room I selected is sold out please try another room. So I was charged the top up amounts (full cost - value of voucher) for each of these rooms. I've still not had these refunded to my bank. I have to wait a further 4 business days. They've now asked me to book it via email with them (which they said it still may not work due to availability) Hopeless booking system, terrible search functions and poorly designed website.
