Booked a room with them, and it was incorrectly cancelled by their AI system, which years ago they used mostly humans to take care of customer services.
The worst part is when I called, the customer services said they will manage to get my refund, which days after my booking time, they said it cannot be done!
Now I've just lost money for no reason!
