Not worth going through they are a third party. If you pay them they still have to approve from the hotel themselves anyway so a waist off time. Go directly to the hotels so you have no problems. And then you are on the same page. And hotels.com, priceline.com and all the others are sister companys witch is owned buy 1 person.
