So far it has been a horrible experience. I placed order number #21936 on May 18th. I received my order but 2 out of the 3 items in the order were wrong. I sent several emails and never received a reply. I then used the company's "contact us" section on their website and that's when I finally received an email reply from someone named Kristen. In that email, she acknowledged that there was an oversite made by their order picking team and she gave me the option to send me a return label and refund me or to keep the incorrect order and receive a 10% discount. I replied to her and asked for the return label and to have the refund applied to the correct items I ordered. I waited for a response and after two weeks I sent her a follow-up email. I have still not received a reply to either of them. I have also called but it always goes to voicemail. All I ever wanted was my correct order. Now all I want is a refund.
