We had a freezer delivered and they took the old one away ,left the new one outside would not bring it in for us ,took the old one away scratched hell out of our new kitchen floor took a chunk out of our doorstep.
Made a complaint was passed from one person to another after 2 years we got nowhere they might sell good items but there customer service is unbelievably bad!!!
