I echo the complaints made by other customers about House of Bath mail order retailer.
It is not about one particular item but with the false promise of a discount at checkout.
My previous complaint was resolved, but I find the same problem again with the new catalogue 3693PC received by post. For example the curtains with reference number DG778PC are changed to DG778JM online, so that the discount valid until 19/07/2020 does not work when you get to the checkout.
The catalogue gives all payment options, not just by telephone or post, but also the website.
The curtains in question are advertised with the full price online at https://www.houseofbath.co.uk/shop/willow-lined-embroidered-voiles/dg778/product/details/show.action?pdBoUid=2118
Similar complaints have already been made by many other customers at https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/house-of-bath
So it is obviously company policy to deceive customers.
