From ordering on line to shopping in store Iv had 2 bad experience Shopping on line I ordered 3 Items from your on line Gifts page for my dad , and was pleased with my purchase as each item complimented the other , after one week I received a tex telling me one of the items was sold out , so only 2 were on the way to dad , then almost a week later I get another tex telling me yet another item wasn’t available ! my poor Dad ended up with 2 jars of Marmalade how embarrassing. My second incident was in store I had forgotten my points card after spending over £130 on the ground floor Plus’s some perfume it was a nightmare for 3 separate staff putting in my details but weren’t able to find my details on line so I did not get my points ( not the first time) I then went up to the Christmas shop and spent moor money the young lady had NO problem finding my details and I received my points on that purchase , I went back to the grind floor were a woman manager was at the till dealing with a problem so I explained to her my situation she told me you will have to refund all your purchases and buy them again to get your points or take photos of my bill and goods then send them online to Head office she then Sed “ and who wants to do that at this time of year” the customer she had been Dealing with before me suggested it was a conspiracy From H O F not to give the points as the company is in trouble and didn’t want to give us the points “ This is very bad for your business , and spoilt what was a day of shopping for some Christmas gifts 🎁 during lock down I was so looking forward to .
