Disappointed that two items i bought for Christmas were in gift boxes described as womens wear on the site, when they arrived they were mens. I paid postage even though the order was over £100. Too costly to return the two items as customer pays return postage and the items were in metal gift boxes.
The items I purchased were all loosely thrown in to a cardboard box with no protective packaging such as bubble wrap or polystyrene chips so unfortunately the presentation of the gifts I bought were a little shabby.
