HAVING PLACED AN ORDER ON DECEMBER 25TH AND HAVING BEEN INFORMED THAT SOME OF THE PRODUCTS WERE OUT OF STOCK AND AS A RESULT WERE CANCELLED, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE REGARDING THE REFUND FOR THE THE PRODUCTS THAT WERE CANCELLED. I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THE WAY YOU HANDLE THE SITUATION AND I WONDER WHY IT TAKES SO LONG FOR FINANCIAL MATTERS TO BE SETTLED.
