I find House of Fraser to have great sale items, not just 10% but often half price, meaning you can buy really good quality items otherwise out if reach for some. Their delivery is quick and you are kept up to date from order to despatch which is always handy. The only downside I have (only last couple orders), is I have been emailed after my order has been accepted saying items are out of stock. This is not a massive drawback, but more of an annoyance, and would not stop me using them.
