The items never arrived as house of fraser use hermes for delivery. If I had known they use them I wouldn't have ordered.
I have contacted house of fraser and tried to get a refund for the last 6 days and I am still waiting. They are longing the whole process out. I brought gifts for my husbands 40th birthday but I guess that is now ruined.
