Quick delivery and good choice of products. What I don’t like is their return process for online orders. Most online stores make returning seemless with return labels and courier options. House of Fraser have an old fashioned paper form, no labels and no courier support. I tend to avoid ordering from HoF for that reason. It is just not as easy as it should be and not as easy as other similar retailers.
