Ordered a buy one get one free product but mistakenly only put 1 in my basket. I emailed and asked where my free one was and they said it was my error and they wouldn’t send me another. I was disgusted at this. So sent original back (which cost me £3.85) The postmaster was even shocked that house of Fraser do not pay postage!!! I re-ordered 2 (paying ANOTHER £4.99) delivery and arrived 2 days later. Still waiting my refund from the first one thou!!! Overall not a great rating from me. Will reconsider further purchases from house of Fraser! 😡
