Failed next day delivery. Will not refund it! Placed an order with next day delivery at £7.99 which did not arrive next day. I requested a refund and was told I can't have it. I could have free next day delivery and 10% off my next order instead. I don't want to place a next order the item was a gift for Mother's Day that didn't arrive! When it did turn up on the Monday (i orderd on the Wednesday) I rejected delivery with Hermes as thats the only way I could send the item back without having to pay postage out of my own pocket. Let's see if that ever turns up back at at HOF as there's no way to track it! All in all a bit of a disaster. Only reason there's 2 stars is at least the customer service team responded to my emails, just a shame their policy only favours them and not their customers.
