We ordered a duvet cover. On line the cover was called Fletcher but when it arrived it was called flannel so we returned it We would never have ordered flannel, we wanted cotton, so it cost us almost £10 in postage. This we believe to be your fault and the postage should be refunded. We suggest you amend your website.
The parcel was delivered to us promptly .
