Customer service is atrocious, I paid Extra for next day delivery, it was delivered 2 days later to a address which wasn't mine and I have no idea where it was. I have sent 4-5 emails with my phone number for someone to call me back as no direct number for me to call, which still hasn't happened. Instead someone emailed me with house number my package was left even though I explained I am shielding and can't go to knock on doors still no response. Once I did go to the house number they didn't have package so I still haven't got the items I ordered and lost almost £200 and it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order. This company is an absolute disgrace!
