Item was too big and I had to return it. It is extremely disappointing that for a shop like House of Fraser I have to pay alot of money to post registered the parcel and loose money from this. Smaller companies are offering free returns in a number of ways including delivery companies coming to collect the return parcel. I usually return items in store but, due to Covid I cannot do this and I should not have to pay for this. They should have something in place for their costumers keeping in mind how expensive they can be.
