Paid extortionate amount for next day delivery but it arrived 3 days later and wasn’t even offered a refund for the delivery amount. To make it worse, returns are also paid - this is the only company I’ve purchased from with such high delivery charges and yet paid returns. Not the service I would’ve expected from House of Fraser.
