Spent over £240 on 3 jackets , still had to pay for delivery. 1 jacket was not the one advertised on the website although the product code was correct. Then had to pay to send them back securely .
There’s definitely room for improvement, either do free delivery or free returns , cost nearly £20 in charges and one of the reasons for one return was due to it not being what I ordered .
