Purchased a Micheal kors purse for my sisters birthday when I arrived not only did it look like fake cheap plastic it had a white stain on the back of it. I managed to rub off the stain although if you look closely you can still see a little bit of white on it. I decided to just return it as I wasn’t happy with how it looked but to my disgust saw that it would cost me £18.99 to return it via Royal Mail second class!! I will have to wait until house of Fraser opens to return it in store as there’s no way I’m paying that postage. Will not be purchasing products from them again.
