I've bought items from HoF before and had a great experience. However, on this occasion the item I bought (a Biba dressing gown) appeared to have been tried on before and scruffily put back into the plastic packaging. As a result, I ended up with a heavily creased item, which I'd bought as a present; plus it made me wary in terms of Covid safety. A bit more care around packaging/presentation would be appreciated.
